Our flagship class and the heart of GRC. A group warm-up, a strength piece, then the workout — coached start to finish and scaled to whoever’s in the room.

02/HIT
For: conditioning + sweat
High Intensity Training — fast, sweaty, conditioning-focused sessions built on simpler movements and big engine work. A brilliant complement to CrossFit, or a great place to start.

03/Lifting Club
For: barbell + strength
Dedicated barbell time — Olympic lifts and strength work, coached technique and structured progression, for anyone who wants to get seriously strong and lift well.

04/EMOM Club
For: engine + consistency
Every-minute-on-the-minute. Structured interval sessions that build your engine, your pacing and your consistency — a different, addictive way to train.
