    Jump into a real class, fully scaled to you, with a coach walking you through every movement. This is where most people realise it’s more fun than they expected.

    Foundations

    A short on-ramp that teaches the lifts and gymnastics movements properly — so you walk into any class feeling safe and confident.

The first-timer questions

I’ve never touched a barbell — is that ok?

Completely. Every workout scales, and Foundations teaches you the lifts properly before you ever load them.

Do I need to be fit to start?

No — you get fit here. A total beginner trains next to a Games athlete: same workout, different scale.

What should I bring?

Just trainers, water, and a willingness to give it a go. We’ve got the rest.
